As a Quoting Specialist, you will play a vital role in our sales process by supporting the Sales team. You will be responsible for organizing and entering custom quote requests to help the team efficiently deliver solutions to customers across an array of industries. Responsibilities

Data Entry into Xometry Quote Platform Retrieve Quote Request information from both Automated and Manual channels Organize information for engineering review Dimension Drawing review CAD file review Engage with Sales personnel for document clarification and correction Complete online and offline templates with available information Present / Submit DRAFT quotes to Quote Engineers Review and set-up custom quotes using Xometrys platform Review 3D models and 2D drawings for the purpose of quoting and design-for-manufacturing feedback High-volume data entry, transfer, and management; Performs all work in compliance with Xometry's quality and safety systems, policies and procedures. Review Salesforce Cases and Emails for service requests Answer requests whenever possible Direct requests to subject matter experts as required This job is for you, if you have

Associate degree or higher or equivalent experience Preferably in a manufacturing or technology related field CNC or Sheet Metal manufacturing experience Technical aptitude to pick up general technical aspects of various manufacturing technologies Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing is a plus Manufacturing background Customer service oriented Demonstrated attention to detail Previous experience with high-volume data entry and management High energy and comfortable interfacing with coworkers Communicates effectively in a polite and enthusiastic manner #LI-Hybrid Xometry is an equal opportunity employer.
