As a Quoting Specialist, you will play a vital role in our sales process by supporting the Sales team. You will be responsible for organizing and entering custom quote requests to help the team efficiently deliver solutions to customers across an array of industries. Responsibilities
Data Entry into Xometry Quote Platform Retrieve Quote Request information from both Automated and Manual channels Organize information for engineering review Dimension Drawing review CAD file review Engage with Sales personnel for document clarification and correction Complete online and offline templates with available information Present / Submit DRAFT quotes to Quote Engineers Review and set-up custom quotes using Xometrys platform Review 3D models and 2D drawings for the purpose of quoting and design-for-manufacturing feedback High-volume data entry, transfer, and management; Performs all work in compliance with Xometry's quality and safety systems, policies and procedures.
