Role Were looking for a

Technical Account Manager (TAM)

who thrives at the intersection of cybersecurity expertise and client relationship management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working closely with customers, and delivering high-impact security outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Technical Guidance & Implementation Serve as the go-to technical resource for strategic MDR clients. Translate client security objectives into technical solutions and action plans. Lead the deployment, configuration, and ongoing optimization of cybersecurity platforms. Guide clients in interpreting security events, and threat intelligence. Customer Enablement & Education Offer expert advice on cybersecurity tools and best practices. Design and deliver custom training, documentation, and security workshops. Maximize clients use of tools to enhance risk mitigation efforts. Incident Management & Escalation Support security incidents and disruptions Liaise with SOC teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems. Recommend enhancements to strengthen security posture based on lessons learned. Client Relationship Building Establish trusted relationships with client teams and technical stakeholders. Conduct regular technical check-ins (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly) Provide ongoing, proactive recommendations to elevate client cybersecurity maturity. Team Collaboration Channel client insights to internal teams to inform future product development. Help shape account-specific security roadmaps based on real-world use cases and feedback

Qualifications A minimum of

3-5 years experience

in technical account management, cybersecurity engineering, or technical support roles within the cybersecurity space. Experience with developing curated situational awareness reports focused identifying threats, risks and coverage gaps in an environment. In-depth knowledge of

MDR , threat detection, incident response, and frameworks such as

MITRE ATT&CK, NIST , or

ISO 27001 . Hands-on expertise with tools like

SIEM, EDR, XDR , and firewall management. SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Splunk, Chronicle. PAN, Fortinet, Zscaler, Netskope Skilled in managing cross-functional projects and navigating high-priority issues. Ability to collaborate across teams, including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000 Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but arent limited to) such as role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, geography, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings, and equity awards.
