Senior Product Marketing Manager to be an internal expert on AI-powered document and workflow automation products for legal professionals worldwide. Digest, analyze, and report on market research, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform positioning, messaging, and sales/marketing strategies. Help drive thought leadership and market education around current and future AI solutions. Report to the Director of Product Marketing. Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new and existing products, define launch plans, and drive sustained adoption and growth. Craft messaging and value propositions for key market segments and buyer personas, aligned with the brand strategy. Analyze market dynamics to inform product strategy and differentiation. Equip the sales team with competitive intelligence, positioning, and tools (e.g., battle cards, training decks). Collaborate with analysts and industry associations to expand market presence. Translate technical capabilities into accessible, persuasive narratives for AI and automation. Produce content such as thought leadership pieces, white papers, and conference presentations. Foster cross-functional collaboration with product management, engineering, and demand generation. What You’ll Need to Be Successful
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 6+ years in product marketing, product management, or equivalent roles in SaaS or legal technology. 3+ years of direct product marketing experience, including launching and scaling B2B technology solutions. Experience with AI and automation technologies, ideally in legal workflows or related industries. Deep understanding of the legal tech market and needs of law firms, corporate legal departments, and public sector legal teams. Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to articulate product value and differentiation. Proven ability to develop and execute end-to-end product launches, including segmentation, messaging, and pricing strategies. Customer-first mindset with the ability to translate user insights into actionable marketing strategies. Proficiency with analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, product adoption, and pipeline impact. Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders. Comfort with financial metrics, pricing strategies, and ROI analysis to guide strategic marketing decisions. Thrives in fast-paced, evolving markets and can pivot strategies quickly. The compensation range for this position is: $110,000 - $135,000. The posted cash compensation may include on-target earnings where applicable. Individual compensation packages are determined based on factors such as career level, skills, experience, location, and other job-related considerations.
