Your opportunity for impact: NetDocuments is seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager, Professional Services to lead a team of solution engineers and consultants delivering AI-powered legal workflow solutions. This role will directly manage the Professional Services App Engineer (Legal AI) role and related professionals, ensuring successful delivery of projects that integrate generative AI, document automation, and workflow optimization into the NetDocuments platform. You will balance client engagement, technical oversight, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and NetDocuments’ technical standards. What your contributions will be: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Professional Services engineers specializing in AI-enabled legal workflow solutions. Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and client-focused delivery. Develop career growth plans and provide regular feedback and performance management. Project & Delivery Oversight Manage end-to-end delivery of client-facing professional services engagements, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution. Oversee project scoping, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. Ensure solutions align with client business needs, legal compliance requirements, and NetDocuments’ technical standards. Technical & Solution Guidance Provide oversight on the design and implementation of AI-powered applications, ensuring best practices in workflow automation, API integration, and cloud architecture. Review and validate solution designs, documentation, and quality assurance processes. Stay abreast of emerging legal AI technologies and guide adoption across the team. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex technical solutions into clear business value. Partner with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to align service delivery with customer outcomes. Represent Professional Services in executive-level client discussions as needed. Operational Excellence Establish metrics and KPIs for project success, team productivity, and client satisfaction. Drive process improvements in methodology, templates, and knowledge sharing. Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and professional standards. Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Law, or related field required; advanced degree or JD preferred. Experience: 5+ years in professional services, legal technology, or enterprise software delivery. 2+ years of people management experience leading technical or solution engineering teams. Demonstrated success in client-facing project delivery, preferably in legal, SaaS, or AI domains. Technical Skills: Familiarity with generative AI tools, workflow automation, API integrations, and enterprise cloud platforms. Mindset: Growth-oriented, innovative, detail-focused, and committed to exceptional client outcomes.
