Base pay range
$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct compensation analyses to evaluate internal equity and market competitiveness.
Support the design, implementation, and administration of base pay, incentive, and recognition programs.
Partner with HR Business Partners and managers to provide guidance on compensation-related issues, including job evaluations, pay recommendations, and offers.
Lead participation in salary surveys and benchmarking studies; analyze results and make recommendations based on market data.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding pay equity, FLSA classifications, and other compensation-related requirements.
Prepare reports and dashboards to track compensation trends, program effectiveness, and key metrics.
Assist in the development and communication of compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Provide mentoring and support to junior analysts as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
2+ years of progressive compensation experience, ideally in a corporate or consulting environment.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS/compensation systems.
Experience with market pricing methodologies, job evaluation, and incentive plan design.
Knowledge of federal and state compensation regulations, including pay equity laws.
Excellent communication and consulting skills; able to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or progress toward certification is a plus.
