Program Office Analyst
to join our team onsite in
Washington, D.C . In this role, you will support high-visibility Navy programs by providing expert technical and business analysis. You will play a key role in project planning, reporting, and coordination while supporting process improvements across teams. This role may involve mentoring junior teammates and leading collaborative work groups. Responsibilities
Acts as a specialist on complex technical and business matters Collects data and prepares organization-wide project status reports and analysis Participates in individual projects to provide technical or business assessments, research, and problem resolution Assists project teammates with guidance for documentation, training, and best practices Coordinates efforts to optimize cross-project resources Participates in the financial and schedule assessment of completed projects and the development of future project roadmaps May assume a team lead role for working groups Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field 4+ years of relevant experience Preferred Qualifications
Experience with the US Navy, including on active duty, government civilian, or support contractor Experience working with technical authority (e.g., NAVSEA 05) Experience working with US Navy Program Managers in an analyst role Clearance Requirements
Must hold an active Top Secret clearance Physical Requirements
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and/or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations Seniority level
