Senior Logistics Analyst
Mantech is seeking a motivated, career-driven, and customer-focused Senior Logistics Analyst to join our team in Washington, DC. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Work on complex technical projects or business challenges requiring advanced industry knowledge. Analyze and develop logistics plans to improve production flow, distribution efficiency, and inventory control. Create and review procedures that maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing logistical costs. Ensure rational distribution and delivery methods through data-driven analysis and tracking. Define and communicate project goals. Apply knowledge of Navy ILS practices to improve logistics performance and lifecycle support. Provide leadership and subject matter expertise within work groups through deep specialization in logistics. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. (An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.) 10+ years of relevant logistics, supply chain, or operations experience. Preferred qualifications: Experience working with the U.S. Navy in roles such as:
Active duty Government civilian Support contractor
Familiarity with NAVSEA technical authorities (e.g., NAVSEA 05). Experience supporting U.S. Navy Program Managers in an analyst role. Broad understanding of Navy Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), including provisioning, maintenance planning, training support, and technical documentation. Security Clearance Requirement: Must hold an Active Secret clearance. Physical requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally required to move about the office to access files, equipment, and interact with staff. Ability to communicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms. May be required to deliver presentations or briefings to team members and stakeholders.
