Overview

As the PLM Lead for Order Engineering Technologies, you will drive the accelerated deployment of advanced design technologies and methodologies that enhance productivity, improve design quality, and establish a seamless digital thread to enable fully automated manufacturing processes. This role is deeply integrated across engineering and production functions. You will standardize practices across multiple teams, oversee the implementation of critical technical solutions from the Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) perspective, and manage strategic stakeholder relationships to inform, align, and accelerate PLM deployments across the division. The role is hybrid, located in either Grand Prairie, TX, or Ft. Worth, TX, with time in office and at home. Responsibilities Support existing technologies resolving issues, user trainings and leading communities of practice across North America order engineering teams. Ensure the quality implementation and maintenance of CAD, PLM, and CAE solutions and integrations. Manage strategic partnerships with internal and external design partners/integrators, including contracting oversight, data migration, system configuration, PLM landscape upgrades, project management, system interfaces, and data workflows. Lead stakeholder communication, providing critical updates and ensuring alignment. Ensure compliance and security: support efforts to meet regulations, policies, and security standards, including audits, risk assessments, and implementing security measures.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience managing large-scale programs across functions such as R&D and Manufacturing. In-depth knowledge and practical experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred) and MCAD/ECAD solutions (Creo preferred). Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future. Demonstrated ability to learn independently.

Preferred Qualifications: Proven success in stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration. Ability to influence senior leadership through clear communication and problem solving. Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions; excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities, travel as needed, and work independently or with a team.
