Overview

PLM Lead for Order Engineering Technologies, driving accelerated deployment of advanced design technologies and methodologies to enhance productivity, improve design quality, and establish a seamless digital thread to enable fully automated manufacturing processes. This role is deeply integrated across engineering and production functions. You will standardize practices across multiple teams, oversee the implementation of critical technical solutions from a Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) perspective, and ensure robust product and order design capabilities. You will manage strategic stakeholder relationships to inform, align, and accelerate PLM deployments across the division. The role is hybrid, located in Grand Prairie, TX or Ft. Worth, TX offices. #TransformtheEveryday Responsibilities

Support existing technologies – resolving issues, user trainings and leading communities of practice across our North America order engineering teams. Ensure the quality implementation and maintenance of CAD, PLM, and CAE solutions and integrations. Manage strategic partnerships with internal and external design partners/integrators, including oversight of contracting and deliverable signoffs. Responsibilities include data migration, system configuration, PLM landscape upgrades, project management, system interfaces, and data workflows. Lead stakeholder communication, providing critical updates and ensuring alignment. Ensure compliance and security: support efforts to ensure that digital systems and data handling practices meet relevant regulations, policies, and security standards. This includes assisting with audits, risk assessments, and implementing security measures. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent years of professional experience. 3 plus years of experience in managing large-scale programs across various functional areas (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing). In-depth knowledge and practical experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred) and MCAD (Creo preferred) & ECAD solutions, driving innovation and efficiency in Order Engineering. Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future. Demonstrated desire and ability to learn independently. Preferred Qualifications

Proven success in stakeholder engagement, adeptly navigating complex organizational structures, and fostering cross-team collaboration. Strong capability to influence senior leadership through clear, compelling communication, simplifying complex issues to identify root causes and propose effective solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability and willingness to travel. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Benefits
