Job Description

Foster a culture of safety by ensuring all safety practices and procedures are followed consistently. Plan and assign daily work to meet production goals and delivery schedules. Oversee repair and inspection processes to ensure high-quality, on-time service. Coordinate the availability of tooling, materials, and other resources required for production. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and within cost and time targets. Monitor production schedules and address any delays or issues proactively. Ensure proper documentation is completed and labor is accurately recorded. Implement strategies to reduce costs, increase labor and machine productivity, and eliminate waste. Track and report on key performance metrics related to plant efficiency and output. Serve as the primary liaison between production teams and site leadership. Enforce company policies and work rules fairly and consistently. The Successful Applicant

Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership or management role At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production operations Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, operations, or a related field Strong focus on continuous improvement Customer-oriented mindset Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving ability What's on Offer
