Service Manager
to lead our service department and ensure superior experience for our customers and team members alike.
Position Summary:
As the
Service Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality repairs, and exceptional customer satisfaction. You'll manage a team of technicians and service advisors while driving performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, customer communication, and technician support. Lead, train, and motivate service advisors and technicians to meet company goals. Ensure all service operations comply with safety, environmental, and company standards. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics and handle customer concerns or escalations. Develop and implement processes to increase productivity and profitability. Maintain accurate records of repair orders, parts usage, and service histories. Collaborate with parts and sales departments to support overall business goals. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Service Manager, Service Advisor, or similar role in an automotive environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Knowledge of automotive repair, maintenance procedures, and industry best practices. Proficiency with service management software (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, etc.). Valid driver's license and clean driving record. What We Offer:
