Responsibilities: Help customers select and purchase a vehicle, prospect for new customers, and more! Participate in test drives and present pricing Deliver vehicles to customers ensuring they understand the operating features, warranty and paperwork, and build a foundation for customer loyalty. Establish personal income goals consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals. Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and more. Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc. Attend sales meetings and training Enter all prospect and customer information into a database Follow-up to ensure customers are satisfied and encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
Sales experience in any industry is preferred; Car Sales is a huge plus! Energetic with excellent communication and customer service skills and motivated to succeed High school diploma or the equivalent Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information Valid in-state driver's license Professional personal appearance Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards Positive attitude and outgoing demeanor
