Provide acute care and stabilize patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department. Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians and other clinical professionals to ensure high-quality outcomes. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient care and progress. Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence. Candidate requirements
Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program. Active
New Jersey NP/PA license
or eligibility to obtain before the start date. ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- Required. BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Required. PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- Required. ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support)
- Preferred but not required. Minimum of
2 years of NP/PA experience
in acute or emergency care settings. Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
