Job specification
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams. Perform clinical procedures within the scope of practice, including wound care, suturing, and medication management. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Provide patient education and counseling on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment adherence. Candidate requirements
Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) for Nurse Practitioners or a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Texas. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. Strong clinical skills with the ability to diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
