is seeking a

Sterile Supply Technician

to join their team.

Duties:

Perform effective and safe decontamination, disinfection, washing, assembly, and sterilization of instruments and trays used in the Operating Room and other clinical areas

Apply principles of aseptic technique and perform quality checks with accuracy and reliability

Operate equipment for cleaning and disinfecting surgical equipment

Assemble simple and complex surgical sets

Operate sterilization equipment (steam under pressure, Steris, Sterrad)

Record and monitor sterilization and decontamination processes

Respond to urgent and emergent requests from clinical personnel

Qualifications:

Must have successfully completed a nationally accredited Central Service Technician exam and be certified as a Central Service Technician

OR

have evidence of employment as a Central Service Technician in a healthcare facility for at least 1 year
