Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
As an Assembler, you will be responsible for the mechanical assembly and finishing of in-process units. Your primary tasks will include building and finishing boxes by assembling rectangular metal pieces to form unit frames and wrapping completed units with cardboard for shipment. This role requires dexterity to maneuver around the unit and above one's head during the finishing process.
Responsibilities
Perform simple mechanical assembly of in-process units.
Build box frames using tools to attach rectangular metal pieces.
Finish boxes by wrapping units with cardboard and securing with staples.
Ensure high-quality and safe work performance in accordance with standards.
Essential Skills
Previous experience in a role requiring standing for at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
Ability to repetitively lift 30-40lb parts, up to 50+ times per day.
Familiarity with hand and power tools.
Ownership of steel-toed or composite-toed protective shoes.
Capability to work safely with high-quality standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in assembly within a production environment.

Shifts include 1st shift and 2nd shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
