Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler responsible for assembling various sizes of heavy-duty cases and mid-size flashlights. The role involves assembly, packaging, and the use of hand tools, requiring the ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
Responsibilities
Assemble and package products using hand and power tools.
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
Count inventory and ensure accurate assembly of products.
Tape boxes and prepare them for shipping.
Operate small drills, hammers, and rivet machines for packaging.
Add foam to cases and assemble flashlights.
Lift items weighing between 7-40 lbs.
Essential Skills
Experience with mechanical assembly and use of hand tools.
Ability to read technical drawings and work orders.
Experience in production, light industry, or general labor.
Proficiency with power tools and mechanical assembly.
Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or distribution preferred.
Must pass a drug and background screening.
Training provided for pallet jack and automated shrink wrap machines.
Ability to work on different shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.75/hr.
