Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Lab Associate to join their team. As a Quality Lab Associate, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting microbiological testing and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Perform Bacterial Endotoxin Testing on intravenous solutions, raw materials, and plant water to ensure product safety and quality.
Utilize laboratory instrumentation, computer systems, and software to accurately collect and record data.
Conduct analysis following Good Laboratory Practices and microbiological principles to maintain regulatory compliance.
Investigate deviations, troubleshoot issues, and prepare detailed protocols and documentation.
Support investigations and ensure adherence to quality standards within a regulated environment.
What's Needed?
B.S. Degree in Science (Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or related life sciences preferred).
1-3 years of microbiological analysis or laboratory experience, including coursework.
Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with Bacterial Endotoxin testing and familiarity with quality systems is preferred.
