Warehouse Associate
to assist our team in
Westborough, MA . We are looking for a highly organized and dependable team player to help us meet critical deadlines, provide excellent customer service, and produce quality work for our internal and external customers and suppliers. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for: Receiving and stocking inventory Loading and unloading delivery trucks Preparing orders for shipment Signing for deliveries Conducting inventory cycle counts Equipment and material transfer and palletizing Maintaining inventory control Organizing, cleaning, and maintaining the warehouse Cleaning rental equipment Back-up driving and running errands Ensuring bin location accuracy Assisting with dispatching drivers Participating in ongoing process and safety training Required skills include excellent communication, organization, positive interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, ability to work independently or in a team, proficiency in MS Office Excel, multitasking, and self-motivation. Experience with construction equipment and Rental Man software is a plus. Certifications such as forklift operator or aerial lift are preferred. Additional information: Full-time, 40-50 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, parental leave, 401k, and referral programs.
