Summary: Hyatt is seeking a Corporate Counsel-IT Operations to support the global technology team with drafting and negotiating technology agreements and advising on related legal matters, helping Hyatt maintain its position as a leading hospitality brand.

The Role Responsibilities include primary legal support for the global technology team, including:
Drafting and negotiating software, hardware, and technology services agreements
Advising on legal questions raised by technology colleagues
Advising on data privacy language in vendor and sales agreements
Providing direct legal guidance to clients on topics such as risk in vendor agreements and vendor disputes
Qualifications Experience Required:
3+ years of legal experience in either a private law firm or in-house counsel position
Strong communication (verbal and written), organization, research, interpersonal, and analytic skills
Experience drafting and negotiating vendor agreements
Must be collaborative and able to work as part of a team
Curious problem solver
Experience Preferred:
Experience advising on data privacy provisions in vendor agreements
Experience in commercial transactions or disputes, evaluating risk, and providing legal advice directly to clients

The salary range for this position is $131,300 - $190,000. Final pay is based on experience, skills, and location. Pay complies with local requirements.
