Caring. Connecting. Growing together. Primary Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional, age-specific patient care with proficiency. Foster effective relationships with all members of the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and the clinic. Communicate patient condition information effectively, courteously, and appropriately to physicians, management, staff, patients, families, and visitors. Administer safe and competent nursing care in alignment with organizational policies, ASPAN, AORN, and SGNA standards. Required Qualifications: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or higher. Current Texas RN license. American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an Operating Room within an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or hospital setting. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Experience in Pre-Op, Pre-Admission Testing (PAT), Emergency Room (ER), Infusion Therapy, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), or a hospital setting. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification to be obtained within 90 days. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Basic computer skills & familiarity with EPIC. Your compensation will reflect various factors including local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications. Hourly pay for this position ranges from $28.27 to $50.48 based on full-time employment status.
