Caring. Connecting. Growing together. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, age-specific patient care with proficiency and attention to detail. Foster constructive relationships with all team members within the ASC and Clinic. Communicate effectively and courteously about patient conditions to physicians, anesthesia staff, management, patients, families, and visitors. Deliver safe, competent nursing care in alignment with organizational policies and the standards of ASPAN, AORN, and SGNA. Explore opportunities for growth in various career paths. Required Qualifications: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or higher. Texas RN license. American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an Operating Room in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or hospital setting. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). RN experience in Pre-Op, Pre-Admission Testing (PAT), Emergency Room (ER), Infusion Therapy, and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or a hospital. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification to be obtained within 90 days. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Basic computer skills including familiarity with EPIC. The pay for this position is competitive, ranging from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour, depending on full-time employment factors such as education, experience, and certifications.
