Job Summary: We are seeking a Materials Handler to join our healthcare team, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient handling of medical supplies. The role involves a variety of tasks including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and the delivery of medical equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meticulous inventory control, managing user requests, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the medical supply domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform shipping, receiving, staging, and delivery operations promptly. Ensure accurate inventory control including ordering, picking, replenishing, and delivery of medical supplies. Safely retrieve, clean, and deliver medical equipment, including traction/trapeze setup. Conduct data entry and inventory management using computerized systems such as Infor and Innertrack. Handle user requests efficiently through phone calls and emails.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong command over inventory control practices. Proficient in data entry and use of inventory management software. Excellent communication skills and knowledge of medical supplies.
Industry Experience:
Experience in the medical or healthcare supply chain is highly preferred.
