Job Summary:
This pivotal role entails working closely with the Dorothy application team to execute and enhance the upgrade of Epic Dorothy, ensuring alignment with Nova Notes and Epic's staying-current recommendations. The successful candidate will spearhead efforts in configuring application settings to optimally meet user needs by meticulously analyzing business and clinical requirements, particularly within Home Health departments. Additionally, the role involves creating comprehensive test plans, documenting all updates and changes, and aiding in the ongoing development of training materials related to the upgrade.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Dorothy application team on Epic Dorothy's upgrade initiatives. Configure application settings adhering to Nova Notes and Epic recommendations. Analyze business/clinical needs to tailor upgrade configurations for Home Health departments. Develop and execute detailed test plans reflecting current workflows. Document all new builds/changes and assist in updating training materials.
Must-have Skills:
Certified in Dorothy Clinical. Proficient in application configuration and analysis. Skilled in creating test plans and documentation.
Industry Experience Required:
Prior experience with Dorothy Rover build and maintenance is preferred.
