This role is a leadership position within Alpha tasked with building relationships with families, guiding enrollment strategies, and advancing Alpha's educational model.
What You Will Be Doing
Architect and execute a comprehensive enrollment strategy that transforms interest into enrollment Craft and deliver magnetic information sessions that turn skeptics into believers Immerse yourself in the local community through strategic event participation and relationship building Forge powerful alliances with community leaders and organizations to amplify Alpha\'s presence Provide strategic intelligence on market dynamics, parent perspectives, and growth opportunities What You Won’t Be Doing
No cookie-cutter sales approaches or impersonal marketing tactics Never compromising our educational standards for quick wins Not a desk-bound role—you\'re the face of Alpha in your community Not a passive role—actively engaged in community outreach Regional Director Of Family Engagement Key Responsibilities Build and maintain a robust waitlist of 150+ students through strategic community engagement, authentic relationship building, and unwavering commitment to Alpha\'s educational vision. Basic Requirements
Current residence within commuting distance of our campus locations in AZ, CA, FL, or NY Authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship available) Minimum 5 years of proven experience in educational outreach, family engagement, or enrollment management Master communicator with outstanding verbal and written abilities Demonstrated track record of building trust and facilitating complex decisions Passionate alignment with Alpha\'s innovative, high-performance learning approach About Alpha Alpha School is on a mission to reshape education with a bold approach that harnesses AI to accelerate learning and unleash student potential. Alpha is creating a new paradigm where students master core academics in just two hours a day, freeing up time for hands-on, passion-driven learning that truly prepares them for the real world. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
