Overview Managing Director, Go to Market - Slalom Launch is a role for Slalom’s Launch division. This role reports into the office of the CEO and is responsible for leading Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts for Slalom Launch, driving new Launch Products and partnerships. The organization is open to multiple locations with up to 75% travel as required by clients.

Lead our portfolio GTM teams which include Retail, Travel and Hospitality, Energy and Healthcare. Identify, productize, and commercialize Launch products by working with existing and new clients. Identify current and potential Slalom clients globally where value could be accelerated by leveraging a Slalom Launch Product. Partner with Slalom account leaders to target and deliver Slalom Launch products at their clients in their market. Lead the development of Go-To-Market materials and client stories to build credibility for Slalom Launch. Advise clients on business and technology transformations with senior business and functional leaders to define strategic needs and develop future capabilities leveraging industry best practices. Ensure interconnections across Slalom while delivering end-to-end product commercialization and delivery. Provide oversight and governance across products and engagements. Contribute to business development and solutioning conversations across multiple markets and clients. Guide development teams to ensure strong product delivery aligned with team and client goals. Compensation And Benefits Slalom invests in benefits to support work-life balance, including time off, parental leave, 401(k) with match, comprehensive health coverage, and wellness reimbursements. The base salary range for this role is $240,000 to $384,000, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Salary range may change and vary by location and other factors.
