Overview Ciao Pappy is a California-based pasta sauce company bringing a fresh West Coast spirit to Italian American classics. Inspired by family traditions and the vibrant flavors of Italy and California, we create clean-label, restaurant-quality sauces designed to make everyday meals delicious and easy. We’re rapidly expanding across California and seeking energetic, food-loving ambassadors to share our sauces with new customers in-store. We're looking for individuals based in Northern California who can service San Francisco, Palo Alto, Berkeley, and Oakland.

The Role As a Ciao Pappy Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent our sauces in grocery stores and specialty retailers by running in-store demos, engaging with shoppers, and sampling our products. You’ll be the face of our brand—educating customers, sparking conversation, and driving sales while creating a memorable and fun experience. Responsibilities
Conduct in-store demos and sampling events in Northern California retail locations. Educate shoppers about Ciao Pappy’s sauces, flavors, and story. Drive trial and sales by engaging customers and encouraging purchases. Set up and break down demo tables, ensuring a clean and inviting presentation. Track sales and customer feedback during demos and report results. Maintain professionalism and represent Ciao Pappy’s values with enthusiasm. Qualifications
Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable engaging with new people. Passion for food, cooking, and storytelling. Strong communication and sales skills. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to store locations. Ability to stand for four hours during demos. Competitive hourly pay + sales incentive opportunities.
