As a Recruiter Specialist at RAS Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent within the transportation industry. Your primary objective will be to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified employees to meet our operational needs. You will leverage various recruitment advertising strategies and sourcing techniques to engage potential candidates effectively. You will ensure a seamless experience for all employees and management. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to building a strong team that drives the success of our logistics operations. This is a remote position and may require occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate's experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate data.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring best practices to stakeholders.
• Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 1 year of proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting for final mile delivery/logistics
• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance.
• Employer branding and recruitment marketing experience.
• Ability to analyze hiring metrics and optimize recruitment strategies.
