Overview We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Senior Director of Financial Systems to lead enterprise-wide financial systems and consolidation processes. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of global financial data used in external reporting and internal decision-making. Reporting into senior finance leadership, this individual will serve as a key partner across Finance, IT, and Controllership teams to drive financial systems strategy, compliance, and innovation.

Lead the global financial systems close process, ensuring accurate consolidation of results and compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and internal control frameworks (SOX). Drive the integrity of financial data included in quarterly and annual regulatory filings by partnering closely with Reporting and Investor Relations teams. Own and maintain the structure and governance of corporate master data including chart of accounts, entity hierarchies, and reporting dimensions supporting financial consolidation and external disclosures. Serve as a primary business partner for senior Finance leadership on the deployment and ongoing optimization of consolidation and reporting platforms, especially OneStream. Act as subject matter expert on foreign currency translation, intercompany eliminations, and the alignment of corporate, managerial, and statutory reporting outputs. Oversee key global processes related to financial system operations, such as ledger balancing, annual opening balances, and system-driven financial integrity checks. Establish and maintain strong governance controls over financial systems in coordination with IT and Controllership, ensuring platforms meet the needs of both compliance and performance reporting. Contribute to the interpretation and implementation of evolving financial reporting standards within system configurations and workflows. Partner with external and internal auditors to support audit readiness, data integrity, and timely reporting deliverables. Manage the development and delivery of ad hoc and routine reporting used by senior management and regulatory stakeholders. Foster a high-performance team culture through mentorship, goal-setting, and ongoing performance management. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline (Master’s a plus) Active CPA license required At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or audit, including leadership roles in financial systems or reporting Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, SOX compliance; IFRS familiarity is a plus Background in publicly traded companies or Big 4 accounting firms is highly desirable Demonstrated experience with large-scale ERP and reporting systems expertise in SAP and OneStream is strongly preferred Ability to translate technical financial concepts into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a high bar for data integrity Effective leadership and communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset Seniority level
