Base pay range $135,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs

Support vendor negotiations and procurement contract processes

Assist with regulatory compliance matters and corporate governance requirements

Collaborate with business units on contract lifecycle management and process improvements

Provide legal support for day-to-day operations across multiple business locations

Work closely with General Counsel on strategic initiatives and risk management

Handle contract disputes and resolution processes as needed

Qualifications

JD from accredited law school with 3-6 years of relevant legal experience

Strong background in commercial contracts and vendor negotiations

Experience with compliance matters and regulatory requirements preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Interest in transportation/service industry a plus

Illinois bar admission required or ability to obtain
