Though not supervisory, the incumbent coordinates with others, acts as a coach for senior leaders and executives as change sponsors, and may provide coaching to frontline managers and supervisors. Supports project teams in integrating change execution activities into project plans. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Apply a structured change methodology and lead change management activities. Partner with sponsors and project managers to create deliverables such as communications plans, sponsor roadmap, management coaching plans, training plans and resistance management plans. Integrate change management activities into the master project plan. Consult and coach project teams on value and integration with project management. Support development and execution of communications strategies, plans and training efforts. Complete change management assessments (risk, sponsorship, capacity, etc.). Identify key stakeholders. Assess change impact on individuals and the organization and capacity to execute change. Support capability building across the organization (leaders, managers, program/project leaders, front-line employees). Create and execute a change management strategy. Partner with senior leadership to obtain and maintain sponsorship. Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics. Identify and manage anticipated resistance. Define and measure success metrics and monitor progress. Assess organizational culture to identify alignment with change and gaps. Advise on action plans with leadership and measure results. Work with change sponsors and leaders at multiple levels to strengthen sponsorship skills. Evaluate user readiness for change. Train sponsors, project leaders and stakeholders on change methodology. Coach managers and supervisors in preparing the organization and staff for change. Track and report issues to successful change implementation and realization, including reports to senior leadership, project owners, stakeholders and sponsors. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION
Required Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Behavior Studies or related field Substitutions 6 years of relevant work experience in healthcare, project management, change management and/or business analysis in lieu of a Bachelors Degree Preferred Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Behavior Studies or related field EXPERIENCE
Required 5 years in Consulting 5 years in Strategic Planning/Corporate Development Preferred Retail service center experience with change management and/or AI LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
