Junior Program Analyst
Overview:
Quantum Research International, Inc. Mission:
Quantum Research International, Inc. (Quantum) is looking for a Junior level program analyst, in support of PMO STORM International Programs. This technical specialist will develop, test, acquire, field and sustain the STORM family of Launchers & Munitions to fulfill the strategic and operational Artillery requirements of the U.S. warfighters and allies.
Responsibilities:
The entry/junior level technical specialist will coordinate administrative requirements and technical documents to be staffed/edited in support of programs for the International Programs (IP) Directorate.
Manage technical documents/manuals.
Focus support for funding requirements, budget, and accruals.
Conduct program analysts as directed
Provide updates to programs
Scheduling
Program Risk
Manage staffing of internal documents and reports
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Three (3) years relevant work experience working on Government technical acquisition programs, to include technical program management, budgeting, scheduling, performance trades, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development and management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, to include Microsoft Project.
Must apply for and maintain a government security clearance
