Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of janitorial and custodial tasks such as mopping and cleaning walls.
• Perform semi-skilled and skilled duties in other trade areas.
• Perform other work as assigned or required on the contract.
• Maintain a working knowledge of building cleaning practices, supplies and equipment.
• Know proper use of a wide range of chemicals according to state and federal regulations.
• Dispose of hazardous materials and address bloodborne pathogens.
