Provide daily customer inquiries and support requests related to LMS administration Assist the HR Tier 1 team in answering questions and managing compliance training uploads Manage and upload nursing orientation rosters and compliance reports to Cornerstone Handle training transcript report requests and mandatory training assignments Participate in monthly mandatory calls related to LMS administration and user support Qualifications

Strong Excel formula skills, particularly with VLOOKUP Expertise in Cornerstone LMS; experience with SumTotal is a plus Solid communication skills and customer service etiquette Experience with HR case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow HRSD) is preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries efficiently Preferred Qualifications
