Industry Biotechnology Type Privately Held About the Role The Company seeks a passionate Director of Clinical Development to lead the clinical and regulatory strategy for its innovative pipeline of antibody drug conjugates targeting cancer therapies. In this critical role, you will define and guide the clinical development strategy, lead IND, CTA, and regulatory submissions, and direct Phase I-III clinical trials, ensuring the highest standards of scientific and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include close collaboration with R&D and translational medicine teams to design biomarker-driven trials and representing the company at industry conferences and events. You will also play an integral role in working with business development and commercial teams to identify strategic partnerships and aid in future market positioning. The ideal candidate will possess an MD or MD/PhD with at least 10 years of experience in clinical development, particularly within oncology. A robust background in oncology drug development, specifically with bispecifics, T-cell engagers, and immune modulators, is necessary, along with a proven track record of successfully advancing oncology assets from early-phase trials to regulatory approval. Strong experience engaging with regulatory bodies such as the FDA and EMA and executing global trials is crucial.
