The program starts January 12, 2026 and provides hands-on training, mentorship, and growth opportunities. Participate in a 3-month training program with experienced Recruiters and Account Executives to boost your career in IT recruiting (JAN 12, 2026 START DATE). Work closely with a Team Lead to perfect sourcing, interviewing, and submitting candidates. Gain experience with cold calling, interacting with and prospecting new business. Build a foundation for Optomi's recruiting and sales process to eventually move into a Technical Recruiter role. Use various job platforms to search for and reach out to qualified candidates (passive/active). Conduct phone interviews to assess a candidate's technical experience and fit for openings. Format resume/submittal packages to highlight a candidate's top skills for client review. Prepare candidates for phone and in-person interviews through in-depth discussions of questions, scenarios and technical experience that may be asked by clients. Work with Account Executives to negotiate pay rates for consultants and clients. Attend meetings and engage with candidates to ensure their success in their new roles. Meet minimum weekly metrics for phone interviews and submittals to open jobs. What a Technical Recruiter does for Optomi

Meet minimum weekly metrics including phone interviews/submittals to open jobs. Requirements and Qualifications
0-1 years of professional experience training provided. Drive and determination to succeed. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop strong and genuine relationships with customers and consultants. MacBook Pro or MacBook Air computers. Willingness to be part of a fundamental change in the staffing industry. Commitment to community involvement for both charitable and professional involvement. Monthly phone allowance.
