Job Title: Construction Safety Manager (+3 Month Contract)
Job Description
As a Construction Safety Manager, you will implement and enforce site safety policies, assist in planning education and training plans related to safety, and perform investigations into incidents. You will be responsible for maintaining a drug-free workplace and reporting potential insurance claims. This role involves working directly with the safety director, project managers, and other group leaders to maintain safety across the construction site.
Responsibilities
Implement and enforce site safety policies.
Assist in planning and executing education and training plans focused on safety.
Conduct investigations related to safety incidents.
Maintain a drug-free workplace.
Report potential insurance claims.
Collaborate with the safety director, project managers, and other group leaders to ensure organizational safety.
Essential Skills
Experience in construction safety management.
OSHA 30 certification.
Ability to communicate safety regulations and standards.
Proficiency in taking corrective action when required.
Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Strong communication skills, including report writing and presentation abilities.
Experience in construction management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Construction Health and Safety Certification.
Industry experience is highly valued.
Work Environment
This role requires daily on-site presence in the fabrication shop. The work environment is dynamic, requiring adherence to safety standards and the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
