Senior/Associate Brand Manager (Happy Family) role at Danone. The Senior/Associate Brand Manager will be a key member of our Brands team, capable of adapting to new environments and teams and driving a brand with a positive impact. The first assignment is within the Happy Family rotation, focusing on Formula, with potential locations in Louisville, CO; New York, NY; or White Plains, NY. Rotations typically last 12 to 24 months and are guided by development opportunities and business needs. This role involves managing high-impact projects such as product renovation, line extensions, brand design, enterprise strategies, and day-to-day business activities (e.g., sales performance analysis, volume forecasting, budget management). Responsibilities

Lead full-funnel brand marketing strategy and execution, including social & influencer, PR, and shopper/ecomm in partnership with COE teams; monitor brand positioning and communications framework; engage with global marketing partners on activation best practices. Lead inno/renovation projects (new sizes/formats, ingredient updates, graphic changes); collaborate with local and global teams across iPro, R&I, Marketing, Operations, Design, etc. Track business performance; responsible for Formula Monthly Business Reporting and Hypercare; analyze brand/competitive performance using Circana and internal data sources. Provide commercial support by collaborating with Category Commercial / customer teams on selling strategies and materials development (selling stories, toolkits); support DTC platform launches and brand planning with competitive data analysis and storytelling. Further responsibilities

Identify key trends and analyze markets; develop compelling stories to sell in product ideas internally and externally. Explore innovation trends in the real world; develop total enterprise strategies and multi-year platforms. Serve as a hub driving collaboration with cross-functional teams; build strong internal and external partnerships. Manage budgets with finance; partner with Brand and cross-functional stakeholders to manage media campaigns and integrated marketing execution; lead portfolio management projects (line extensions, packaging updates, minor renovations). Lead data analytics and reporting efforts; conduct consumer, customer, and competitive analysis; monitor KPIs and manage ad-hoc requests. Oversee P&L, forecasting, and GPS/demand planning with guidance from the Brand Manager. Provide strong POV on media strategies and consumer targeting to inform tactical planning; manage owned, earned, and paid media activities. Compensation and Benefits

The base compensation range is

$105,000 - $115,000

per year, commensurate with experience. MBA Required or 3+ years of marketing experience in lieu of MBA 2+ years of brand management experience Food & Beverage CPG experience preferred Must reside in New York or Denver Metro area Agility
