Senior RPA Engineer
Coders Connect are partnering with a leading global enterprise headquartered in Downtown Los Angeles. With a strong focus on technology and digital transformation, this organization is investing heavily in scaling its automation capabilities to support mission-critical platforms used worldwide. We are hiring a Senior RPA Engineer to play a key role in the automation team. This is a high-impact role where you'll design and deliver enterprise-grade RPA solutions, mentor colleagues, and help drive the next stage of automation strategy across global systems. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week onsite in Downtown Los Angeles. What You'll Be Doing Design, develop, and maintain scalable RPA solutions (UiPath preferred, open to Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere). Partner with stakeholders to identify, design, and implement process automation opportunities that deliver measurable business value. Mentor and support junior engineers and business users in adopting best practices for RPA and process automation. Collaborate closely with business, development, and operations teams to integrate automation into enterprise workflows. Contribute to the continuous improvement and scalability of RPA platforms across the organization. Requirements 5+ years of hands-on RPA engineering experience (not just scripting or task-level automation). Strong expertise with UiPath (preferred), or equivalent experience with Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere. Solid programming skills in Python, C#, or VB.NET for building custom components and integrations. Proven experience delivering automation for enterprise-scale systems, APIs, and complex workflows. Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools for automation deployment (nice-to-have). Strategic mindset with the ability to balance hands-on delivery with mentoring and scaling team practices. Bonus: experience integrating automation with AI/ML-driven decisioning or intelligent document processing.
