Job Description: Lead the end-to-end RPA lifecycle: requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Translate business processes into robust automation solutions using RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.). Ensure best practices, governance, and security standards in automation projects. Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize bot performance. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers. Collaborate with architects to integrate RPA with AI/ML, OCR, APIs, and ERP/CRM systems. Stay updated with emerging technologies in Intelligent Automation.
