VP - Supply Chain/Trade Finance Implementation Manager
Full-time Multinational banking and financial services company Responsibilities: As a project manager, implement customers using Global Trade Solutions (GTS) products in the Americas (North and South America), focusing on delivering Trade Finance and Supply Chain solutions. Manage a portfolio of projects and oversee end-to-end implementation of Trade Finance & Supply Chain mandates, including planning, UAT, and deployment. Facilitate onboarding of clients to the Connexis Supply Chain (CSC) product and related technology offers. Implement deals efficiently to improve Time to Revenue. Collaborate with the Sales team to understand client requirements and manage post-sales relationships. Ensure service level expectations and product-specific requirements are met, including documentation. Understand technical requirements for system integration when needed. Work with Product/IT teams for development and implementation of customized solutions. Coordinate with Operations for seamless transition of services. Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews and corrective actions. Support sales efforts by participating in selling new products and solutions. Respond to Requests For Proposals (RFPs). Assist in the roll-out of new products. Engage in pre-sales discussions and presentations with clients. Stay updated on GTS product enhancements to support other Implementation Managers. Qualifications: Experience leading implementations of Transaction Banking Services, especially Trade Finance & Supply Chain Finance products. Knowledge of ERP functions and system integration with Electronic Banking Platforms. Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills. Ability to work independently and in teams. Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder interactions. Attention to detail. Sense of urgency regarding deadlines. Strong communication and presentation skills, including data synthesis. Comfortable with technology. Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
