Overview

Siemens Graduate Program DI IT Transform Sales & Marketing BP Division. Over two years, you will run three result-oriented assignments in Digital Industries Software - Transform Sales & Marketing BP (DI IT SW T S&MK) to gain in-depth knowledge of Siemens and build your career with us. You will participate in three rotational assignments, including one eight-month assignment abroad, with mentorship, training, and opportunities for international collaboration. Responsibilities

First assignment (St. Louis, USA or other major DI SW US offices): assist the Global Head of Sales and Marketing Business Partners, developing, implementing, and maintaining performance measurement systems to support IT business partner decision-making and strategic planning. Specific tasks include: Work with key business stakeholders to understand processes and pain points. Review best practices for performance metrics across Siemens DI SW. Establish key metrics and build dashboards to identify IT solutions business impact, strategic alignment, stakeholder satisfaction, operational excellence, and solution adoption rates. Identify improvement opportunities and recommend actionable initiatives/interventions. Contribute to large-scale IT transformation initiatives with a focus on SaaS implementations such as CPQ+, SherpaX, and SXMP. Other key roles and responsibilities: Help drive internal IT operational efficiency and reporting initiatives. Business Models Gather KPI data to assist Finance Operations and the Business Partner Organization, learning key order processes and IT processes for SaaS, HSaaS and other software business models. Reporting and Insights Identify data trends and insights with the Business Partner team to influence process and efficiency improvements. Additional responsibilities include support for Chief of Staff activities, executive staff KPI data, and budget planning for FY27. Chief of Staff Support Project and program management with potential opportunities in CPQ+, SherpaX, and SXMP. Executive Staff Provide KPI data to assist with resource planning and selection of IT initiatives. Budget planning Gather and consolidate resource data for budgets. Potential assignments

Potential Assignment 2 could be in Ireland, supporting DI Software Finance Operations in licensing delivery and entitlements. Potential Assignment 3 could be in the US or Germany around X organization digital marketing in the marketplace. Qualifications and candidate profile

A Master's Degree in Information Systems, MBA, or a closely related field. A strong background in software or technology is a plus. Minimum of 4 months of international experience (study, work, etc.). Significant practical work experience from internships or student roles. No more than 34 years of related professional experience. Legally authorized to work in the United States; no employer sponsorship required now or in the future for employment in the United States. Ability to apply broad knowledge of the field through moderately complex assignments; strong IT concepts. Skills: project management, leadership, executive communication, networking and relationship-building, planning and execution, technical learning, financial acumen.
