$78,500.00/yr - $130,500.00/yr Job Responsibilities Salesforce Platform Strategy & Leadership In collaboration with senior leaders, execute a long-term comprehensive Salesforce strategy that aligns with company objectives, ensuring the platform supports and enhances business processes. Lead Salesforce-related projects, from initial scoping and planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes. Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce initiatives, collaborating with senior management, sales, delivery, COE, marketing, and other departments to gather requirements and provide tailored and scalable Salesforce solutions. Evaluate and recommend Salesforce products and features to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer engagement. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to effectively use Salesforce and connected systems. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends, tools, and best practices, and ensure the team is equipped with relevant certifications and training. Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce, ensuring it delivers maximum value by continuously improving workflows, processes, and integrations. Work closely with legal and other internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce.
Connected Systems & Integration
Partner with business units such as Financial Operations, IT, and Product Development to troubleshoot technical issues, identify improvement opportunities, and drive cross-system synergy with Salesforce. Manage complex Salesforce integrations (e.g., CPQ, Appcast Portal, Hubspot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeanData, etc), ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment. Drive implementation and alignment of Salesforce with other system/sub-systems and data governance processes, as required.
Reporting & Analysis
Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics within Salesforce, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders. Monitor Salesforce performance and usage, making data-driven recommendations to optimize processes and improve outcomes. Collaborate with business units to define and track KPIs, ensuring Salesforce is a driver of business growth. Lead the training and enablement of internal Salesforce administration teams to ensure proficient user of Salesforce and connected systems, focusing on improving adoption and effectiveness. Foster a culture of continuous learning by staying up-to-date with trends, tools, and certifications, ensuring that the Salesforce team as a whole is equipped with the necessary skills to meet evolving platform demands.
Qualifications
Proficient with Lightning, Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Outreach, ZoomInfo or other platforms that integrate with Salesforce. Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration across diverse business units. Expertise in mapping processes and systems to align with the end-to-end customer journey. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of best practices in data management and data security.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 7+ years' experience working in Revenue, Sales or Business Operations. 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Certified Administrator with a deep understanding of the platform's features and capabilities. Proven experience in Salesforce strategy, implementation, and optimization, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. Previous experience managing Salesforce projects including defining project scope, creating a project plan, resource management, monitoring and controlling, and closing projects.
Travel Requirements
Travel for this position is occasional, typically occurring a few times a year to attend internal and external meetings.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not supervise others.
