We are a mid-sized, Miami based law firm offering personalized legal services to a diverse clientele. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience in both commercial and residential transactions to join our growing practice. Responsibilities
Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract to closing Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and closing documents Negotiate and draft commercial loan documents for real estate finance and related transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review Collaborate with clients, brokers, lenders, and other attorneys to ensure smooth transactions Represent clients in negotiations and closings Commercial leasing experience Qualifications
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic reputation Member in good standing of the Florida Bar 3–5 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactional work Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Job details
