HR Business Partner

Addison Group is hiring an HR Business Partner on behalf of our client. This role is designed for a hands-on HR professional who can build scalable processes, partner with leadership, and strengthen organizational culture during times of change. The HR Business Partner will evaluate existing HR processes, develop solutions to improve efficiency and compliance, and act as a trusted advisor to leadership. This role requires resilience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance day-to-day HR operations with long-term strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Assess current HR policies and programs, then design and implement improvements. Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. Partner with managers and executives to address workforce planning, employee relations, and performance issues. Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement, morale, and workplace culture. Ensure compliance with employment laws and update policies as needed. Support change management initiatives to help employees adapt to new processes and systems. Establish accountability measures across the organization to ensure consistency in HR practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred). 57+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally with exposure to building or restructuring HR functions. Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and best practices. Demonstrated success resolving complex employee relations issues. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Professional certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred. Additional Details: Full-time opportunity with direct impact on both strategic and operational HR functions.
