Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in Oklahoma City. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, supporting key HR initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. This role will have a strong focus on policy development and implementation, employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices. Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Draft, revise, and implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency. Advise managers and employees on HR-related matters including employee relations, performance management, and compliance issues. Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development initiatives. Managing and processing Payroll Collaborate on compensation, benefits, and workforce planning strategies. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. Provide HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred. 57 years of progressive HR experience, with 4+ years as an HRBP, generalist, or similar advisory role. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Benefits
