Federal Retirement Training Instructor
Experienced instructor providing federal retirement training services to DCAA personnel. Deliver specialized training sessions on CSRS/FERS systems, Social Security coordination, and comprehensive retirement planning strategies. Responsibilities: Conduct virtual retirement training sessions for various career stages (new hire, mid-career, pre-retirement) Deliver instruction on Thrift Savings Plan optimization, long-term care insurance, and estate planning Maintain accurate attendance records and distribute course evaluations Provide course materials and handbooks to participants Support lead instructors in curriculum development and delivery Ensure compliance with all PWS performance standards and evaluation Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor's degree and/or professional certifications in retirement planning Experience:
Minimum 3+ years providing federal retirement seminars and training Specialized Knowledge:
