Azalea Health . In this role, as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success. Your primary duties include managing customer accounts, fostering engagement, and serving as the main contact point for RCM clients. You will work to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce churn, strengthen brand loyalty, and leverage relationships for referrals through outreach and advocacy. Key Responsibilities
Increase customer advocacy, product adoption, and satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Manage communication and regular touchpoints with clients. Conduct business reviews and onsite visits for optimization. Identify at-risk customers and potential issues early to mitigate churn. Monitor account health using KPIs, including financial and operational metrics. Identify areas for revenue cycle improvement and collaborate on strategies. Address escalated billing issues and provide financial reports. Train customers on RCM solutions and participate in onboarding new clients. Demonstrate billing expertise and product knowledge. Address customer concerns promptly, collaborating internally as needed. Develop corrective action and risk mitigation plans. Assist sales and account teams with contract renewals and upselling opportunities. Build relationships via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned. Travel up to 20% as required. Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in customer success, account management, preferably in healthcare or RCM. Deep understanding of RCM processes and healthcare billing. Strong analytical skills and data interpretation capability. Experience with clinical workflows and quality measures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. CRM experience preferred. Success Indicators
