Our client is a banking group that offers its large corporate and institutional clients a range of products and services in capital markets activities, investment banking, structured finance, commercial banking and international trade. Job Description

Ensure daily invoices received from the corresponding Bank's/Branches are processed on a daily basis. Prepare and forward invoices to customers, for corresponding Bank/Branch fee request. Daily track of invoices sent to customers, and trace as necessary. Enter transactions to record standby/commercial letters of credit activity in ACBS. Maintain up to date Letters of Credit file containing all relevant supporting documentation i.e. copy of executed letter of credit/ amendments and completed compliance checklist, when required. Coordinate with the Reconciliation team to ensure overdue items are reported in detail. Ensure daily updates are provided to the overseas branches and or corresponding bank's. Daily scanning of processed work for both Standby and Documentary Operations. 4+ years' experience in Commercial banking, sales, operations, with Trade Finance / Letter of Credit experience. Proven ability to build and develop relationships. Willingness to build a strong internal network will be critical to success. Must possess strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to adjust messaging for different audiences including our clients C-suite and their operations teams. Must be well-organized and structured with the ability to achieve tight timelines on complex deliverables. Experience in reviewing, understanding, and/or working with credit partners. Knowledge of Foreign Bank Guarantees. Experience working in or closely with front office Commercial Banking. What's On Offer
