Human Resources Business Partner

LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing distribution company seeking a Human Resources Business Partner. The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a strategic and hands-on HR partner for the corporation's distribution and operations staff, supporting a primarily hourly workforce that includes warehouse, logistics, and frontline supervisors. This role will drive engagement, ensure compliance, and build people-focused practices that support operational excellence. Human Resources Business Partner Key Responsibilities:

Partner with distribution and operations leadership to understand workforce needs and align HR strategies with business objectives. Act as the primary HR contact for distribution center staff, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, attendance, and policy interpretation. Manage and resolve employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Support recruitment efforts for hourly and frontline roles, collaborating with Talent Acquisition as needed. Lead onboarding and orientation efforts for new distribution staff to ensure smooth assimilation and retention. Monitor and support performance management cycles (goal setting, feedback, corrective actions, PIPs). Support training, coaching, and development initiatives for frontline leaders and supervisors. Partner with HR leadership to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies. Track and analyze HR metrics (turnover, attendance, engagement, safety incidents) to inform workforce strategies. Serve as a change champion for HR systems/processes and operational initiatives within the distribution network. Human Resources Business Partner Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years supporting distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or other high-volume operational environments. Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices for non-exempt/hourly workforces. Proven ability to build relationships and influence leaders and employees at all levels. Hands-on experience with performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Willingness to be onsite daily and spend significant time on the warehouse/distribution floor. This position is located in King of Prussia, PA and offers a flexible hybrid working model.
